Aug 24, 2009 – Škoda Australia has reviewed its minimum fuel requirement for all models fitted with petrol engines.
The review of the entire petrol engine range, which took into account current Australian fuel quality standards and the operating range of Škoda’s petrol engines, resulted in the reduction of the minimum fuel RON requirement on all engines.
Škoda recommends a minimum 95RON for all petrol engines.
The change to Škoda’s recommendation for the use of 95RON fuel is for all model since the launch of the facelift Octavia and new Superb.
